Perhaps the only good thing to come out of Whitby, ON Protest The Hero started out more as a punk with a capital P band, having grown into a math/metal/hardcore hybrid. The progression seems to be a good thing as it got them signed to Vagrant and opening slots on tours as varied as Bad Religion, Dragon Force and now Avenged Sevenfold. Arif Mirabdolbaghi rocks the bass on the Vagrant stage. |
